Admission Requirements

Principal reviews current academic, social, medical, and psychological evaluations. The following documents must be provided:

2. Certified birth certificate
3. Baptismal Certificate (if applicable)
4. Academic Records  (including standardized test scores)
5. Social Security Card (copy)
6. Updated Health Records
7. Special Needs Information Disclosure Form
   

Tuition & Fees

2010 – 2011 Admission Fees and Tuition Schedule

• Application Fee for New Students (Non-Refundable):            

$50.00 per student

• Registration Fee for New and Returning Students (Non-Refundable):  

$165.00 per student

 (If registration fee is submitted before March 1, 2010 the fee is $100.00.)

(Registration fee covers the cost for Student Accident Insurance, Standardized Testing, Archdiocesan Tax, TCCED Accreditation Fee.)

**Tuition is a non-refundable annual payment made by contractual agreement. A 3% reduction is taken if the annual tuition is paid in one lump sum at the beginning of the year. Otherwise payments may be made on either a ten or twelve month basis beginning August 1^st of 2010 and are due on or before the 10^th of each month. In order to be classified for the Catholic rate, the parent or legal guardian must be registered in any Catholic Church within the Archdiocese of Galveston-Houston and noted on the school’s application form.

Book Fee:

$200.00 per student (fee includes book rental, curriculum materials, some school supplies/art supplies)

Activity Fee:

$25.00 per student (fee includes related class activities to include Christmas and End-of-Year parties)

For every family a current family gets to enroll and the new family stays the whole year, $100 credit will be given.
