APPLICATION PROCESS FOR ADMISSIONS
STEP 1: Fill out our Online Inquiry
STEP 2: Complete an online FACTS Grant & Aid Online ApplicationFACTS TUITION AID
Grant & Aid Application are now OPEN for 2025-2026! Families are encouraged to apply as soon as possible- the first deadline is early February in order to receive your award letter in March. Documentation for this application will include your 2023 tax documents.

STEP 3: Complete the Online Application & Provide Supporting Documents
APPLY FOR 2025-2026
Supporting Documents are to be submitted at the time of the Online Application (if applicable)
- Last 3 quarter report cards (including the final report card from your previous grade level)
- 2024 and 2025 Standardized test scores (when applicable)
- PK-K: ESGI Assessment Report (please ask your school for these records)
- 1st-8th Grade: NWEA Assessment Report (please ask your school for these records)
STEP 4: Online Registration
A registration email is sent to all NEW families who have successfully been admitted. Online registration must be submitted and paid for in order to be considered officially enrolled.Age Requirements For Admission
We follow the Archdiocese of Galveston-Houston Catholic School Office age requirements.
Preschool Age 3 : All students entering Preschool must be age 3 and fully potty-trained by September 1.
Preschool Age 4 : All students entering Preschool must be age 4 and fully potty-trained by September 1.
Kindergarten: All students entering Kindergarten must be age 5 by September
1.
